Located on the second floor on the West corner, it gives an expansive view of the Gulf seen from the large private corner balcony and from the dining and living area. Cotton Bayou is in the back of the complex with public boat launching, fishing piers and boat/trailor parking. It leads directly to the Perdido Pass Bridge then out to the open Gulf. Bring your fishing gear, obtain a fishing license for some good fishing at this location! A paved hiking/biking trail starts at the condo and treks alongside the Bayou.
